The SAMTIC project follows a structured, multi-phase timeline designed to support effective implementation, international collaboration, and sustainable impact. Each phase builds on the last—beginning with training and planning, moving into curriculum renewal and infrastructure development, and culminating in creative outputs, research dissemination, and a national symposium. These milestones guide the project’s progress and ensure that all partners contribute meaningfully toward strengthening digital music education across South Africa.
